Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show up, we must charge a $100 cancellation fee. This policy helps us provide the best service to all our clients.
We offer convenient parking options for our clients. There is a large paid parking lot located at 7636 NE 4th Ct, Miami, FL, 33138. Additionally, free street parking is available, but please be mindful of yellow painted curbs and “No Parking” signs to avoid fines.
Arvel Hair is located inside the Miami Ironside complex. When you arrive at 7500 NE 4th Ct, look for the metal gate. Walk through the gate, and you’ll find our salon at Unit 102.
If you are not satisfied with your hair, we offer minor fixes within 2 days of your appointment at no additional charge. Please contact us promptly to schedule your follow-up visit.
