Meet Briana.

Briana’s career began at just 16 in her hometown of Sarasota, Florida, at a Toni & Guy salon, where she completed an intensive apprenticeship alongside training at the renowned Toni & Guy Academy. This foundation sparked a lifelong dedication to craftsmanship, creativity, and education.

In 2015, Briana relocated to Denver, Colorado, joining Voodoo Hair Lounge. There, she refined her craft through mentorship with leading industry artists, including UNITE Creative Director Gary Baker and educators from Kevin Murphy. Her training encompassed editorial production, curly haircutting, men’s grooming, and creative color techniques.

In 2017, Briana earned the prestigious title of Wella Master Color Expert in Los Angeles, further shaping her approach to color as both an art and a science.

Drawn to Miami’s vibrant creative culture, Briana made South Florida her home in 2022, where she continues to develop educational courses for stylists covering foundational haircutting and color theory. In 2025, she became a certified DISC Method Facilitator, expanding her expertise in human behavior and communication.

With nearly three decades devoted to her craft, her philosophy remains simple: true artistry is never static. It is shaped by curiosity, refined through experience, and sustained by an endless pursuit of knowledge and inspiration.
